Ruth has over 25 years experience of studying Psychology & Neuroscience and she uses this knowledge in her coaching and training programs. She belives that we all have the ability to change how we think about ourselves and therefore change how we behave.

Ruth shares her amazing story on how she started her business feeling overwhelmed and lacking confidence and how she turned it around to hit seven figure. We talked about how to believe in yourself and honor all part of your story – even the ugly bits to be able to be successful.
