With that, in this episode I want to focus on self care for busy woman, is it essential or is it a luxury? You see – our energy depends on the fuel we provide in on a regular basis. Like with the car, if you don’t fuel and maintain it – it won’t go far. Same with us – if we don’t provide proper fuel to our body, it won’t go long. Looking after yourself, pampering yourself, have acts of self love on a regular basis make wonders to our well-being, energy level, productivity and creativity.

However, how to find time for it? Life is busy, we are busy, we have too many things on our plate already, so how on earth can we add something else? I get it.
